Loan Processor, Originator, or In-take Specialist

Loan Processor, Originator, or In-take Specialist needed immediately to in-take and process mortgage applications for Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio.  HFHSA issues zero percent (0%) interest mortgages to low-income families meeting our eligibility guidelines.  We have lots of prospective applicants, and need someone to help process their applications.  We are seeking a candidate with experience reviewing and compiling the documents and verifications necessary to process a complete mortgage application package for submission to underwriting.  Must have good communication skills and MUST be bilingual in Spanish.  We are a stable, EOE employer and offer a competitive, fixed (not commission) pay rate.  This is a full-time, Mon-Fri position with great benefits!  Please e-mail cover letter, resume and desired salary range to jobs@habitatsa.org and put LOAN DEPT in the subject line of your e-mail.  Or, you can fax your information to (210)223-5536 Attn: LOAN DEPT.  No phone calls please.
