Community Relations Associate position available (part time)

Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio seeks an energetic candidate to fill the Community Relations Associate position. The Community Relations Associate is responsible for raising funds from community groups and foundations to benefit our busy homebuilding program. Part-time position with flexible hours -- 25 hours per week. 

Seeking self motivated individual with excellent people and organization skills. Ability to work independently, organize, be detail oriented, problem solve and establish priorities is a must. Must be flexible, have a great attitude and be team oriented. Experience in fundraising and grant writing helpful. Sense of humor and interest in working with corporate and community groups essential. Must be a non-smoker. EOE

Part-time Construction Leaders/Foreman

Part-time Construction Leaders/Foreman needed on Fridays and Saturdays or Saturdays only for approx 8 to 10 weeks at a time for Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio, TX. Experience and Knowledge of residential construction process required. We provide the building plans, daily task list, tools, materials, and eager volunteer builders. Assistant Store Manager - Walzem Location

Assistant Store Manager needed for large home improvement resale store and warehouse in northeast San Antonio. Qualified candidates will have several years of management experience in a fast paced and often hectic retail environment with hands on experience in customer service, non-POS cash register and inventory system, facility maintenance and personnel management. This position requires long hours on your feet and sufficient physical fitness to frequently traverse a 65,000 square foot facility. A proven ability to build and foster teamwork is a must. Bilingual candidates and those with a home improvement product background in either building trades or material sales are preferred. Basic competency in Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

We offer a competitive salary with great benefits. This is a full time position with a normal work schedule of a four day work week with no nights and no Sundays.EOE.
